It was my first home-buying experience, and Rachael took care of my husband and me so well that I would not look for any other real estate agent before her. We found our home that we plan on living in with our friends and future family, made an offer that felt spot on, and closed in 18 days. It was so quick. The entire time, Rachael was always available for a quick phone call or text. She had fast turnaround with documentation and our random questions. She was present for a lot of our visits, from touring, to inspections, to meeting our neighbors! Another thing I really liked about Rachael was that she helped us think through what was worth it. Rachael has proven invaluable not once, but twice! When I first bought my very first home, she made the process very easy for me. I thought real estate agents were a once-and-done type of deal. Additionally, she closed us at a speedy 18 days, which really surprised me because I thought it would take 30 days. She’s always available for any questions I had, small or large. When it came to inspection, it wasn’t just 1 home inspector, she booked a roof guy and 2 landscapers for me, all on the same day, just so I could ask questions about how I wanted to design my dream home. This truly is top quality service that’s hard to come by. She really cares about the holistic experience. For anyone looking for a real estate agent, do yourself a favor and don’t go with your random family friend’s Mom who happens to have a license (those are really easy to get). Get someone like Rachael, who has the skill and experience to negotiate, to be speedy, and to point out things you would typically not consider if you aren’t in the real estate business. AI cannot replace this, no matter what the hype says. I plan on sending all my future real estate transactions her way.
